About the Position

RediClinic is seeking a Healthcare District Manager to oversee clinics in the Greater Austin area. District Managers are responsible and accountable for driving business results through specific marketing efforts. The District Manager will also be responsible for managing a budget to maximize productivity and profitability.

The Healthcare District Manager will be a member of the Field Management Team consisting of a Clinical Lead and Practice Coordinator and is responsible for the hiring and managing a team of Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants and Medical Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Clinicians and Clinic Assistants in assigned clinics; provides mentoring and performance coaching as needed
• Reviews P&L and other financial reports to identify issues for improvement.
• Conducts site visits according to site visit protocol.
• Reports and analyzes Clinic/Practice trends and implements individual clinic action plans based on findings.
• Resolves issues or coordinates with other members of Field Management Team to ensure operational and clinical consistencies and issue resolutions.

• Team & Leadership experience
• Relationship Management experience
• Financial Analysis experience
• Multi-site healthcare management experience
• Minimum 5 years of Supervisory/Managerial Experience in Healthcare
• Experience supervising Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants
• EMR experience
