About the Job
Ascend HR Corp is seeking a part-time (25-30 hours per week) Associate Recruiter to provide support to the recruiting team. This position has the potential to grow into a full time role. The hours of the job are flexible but we would prefer if someone can be in the office at least 3 times per week. The primary responsibility of the Associate Recruiter is to provide support to the recruiting team. This person will often times be a candidate’s first interaction with the company or client, so we are searching for someone to provide a great experience for whomever they are speaking with.
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates for various job openings
- Schedule qualified candidates for Sr. Recruiter
- Source resumes through applicant tracking system, networking, and other outside sources
- Document all candidate activity in Applicant Tracking System
- Healthcare Recruiting experience preferred
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and task oriented
- Ability to handle a large volume of phone calls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
